At work, group classes are a great way to support the wellbeing and health of your staff and promote happiness and health in the workplace.
We can offer classes that fit in or around the working day, examples include:
- 1-hour invigorating Dynamic Vinyasa class to kick off the day
- 45 minute lunchtime Flow Yoga class to help balance the mind and body
- A post-work Slow Flow with calming focussed breath, and mindful transitions
- Restorative Yoga incorporating restful, restorative poses to decompress and relax
- An playful Wild Motion movement class to bring energy and boost team dynamics
