Our playful and personalised sessions are great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Beginners will be shown the fundamentals in order to develop good posture and alignment, how to use breath to support movement, and safe techniques such as squatting form or how to handle kettle bells .

For those wanting to advance their training or practice further, you will receive undivided attention as you explore new postures and skills, work through any obstacles to go deeper and further into your movement practice.

We offer 1-to-1 or small group classes in your local park, or indoors in your home, hotel, or workplace. We will supply equipment, as well as props and mats, if you need them.

No matter your requirements we will find a programme that works for you! We encourage clients to engage in at least FIVE sessions in order to establish continuity and experience some robust transformation.
