A three-part yoga skills series this autumn — yoga inversions and arm balances, and flowing with grace and ease through breath and movement. Open to everyone, whatever stage of the practice you’re at.
Really excited to be back for another run of Shapeshifting: Yoga Skills. Through partner work and take-home drills, you’ll find ways into poses that can feel challenging, scary, or flat-out impossible — then bring what you learn back into your regular practice.
Tripod Headstand and Crow Pose. We look at safe setups, intelligent progressions, and how to go upside down without fear. For those already confident: Side Crow, One-Legged Crow, Koundinyasana.
Handstands and Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana). Progressive drills, wall work, and partner spotting. Flying Pigeon, Grasshopper, and more for those ready to explore. Open to all levels.
How yoga actually works. We'll break down Surya A & B — jump-throughs, float-backs — and bring everything from the series together, weaving inversions into the flow.
We'll also look at other transitions — Warrior III opening into Half Moon — entering and exiting with control and clarity.

“He's a great teacher who has helped me develop and improve my practice over the last 2 years — a portal of restorative calm and strength in my week. Highly recommend!”
