Before we start working together, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call — over video, WhatsApp, phone, whatever's easiest. It's a chance to talk through what you're looking for and figure out whether I'm the right person to help.

I work with a range of people — complete beginners, experienced practitioners who've hit a plateau, people recovering from injury, people who want to move in a more integrated way. The call is simply a way to work out if what I do is a good match for where you are.

There's no sales pitch. I'll ask about your background and what you want to work on. You can ask me anything about how I work. If it seems like a fit, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
